Do quartzite countertops and surfaces stain easily?

Quartzite requires regular sealing to maintain its resistance to stains and etching caused by acidic substances. It’s recommended that quartzite be resealed annually.

Are quartzite bathroom countertops durable?

Quartzite is a natural stone that has a similar look to marble, but is harder than granite. It has the same durability of granite as well–it withstands heat and scratching and requires minimal maintenance, thus making it a great option for bathrooms.

Are quartzite kitchen countertops heat resistant?

Quartzite is formed under extreme heat and pressure, which gives it excellent heat resistance. It can tolerate hot hair tools, straighteners, curling irons, and other heat sources frequently found in bathrooms without being damaged or discolored.
